Designer Alloys™ are materials specially made for a customer with a specific use, such as a custom chemistry for a new part, a controlled chemistry for a specific application, an obsolete alloy or an out-of-date material from an old blueprint. This saves the time of calling vendor after vendor and analyzing test reports to find the right chemistry, if it exists, and allows you to create parts or quote on jobs to develop your business.

All Metals & Forge Group, LLC can now supply Air or Vacuum Melted Designer Alloys™ in the below listed material families, in quantities as small as 250 lbs. (120 kgs.)

We can custom air or vacuum melt these Designer Alloys™ under the following situations:

• Newly created customer specific material
• Controlled chemistries of existing alloys
• Vacuum melt alloys - not normally available other than air melt
• Existing alloys that require a quicker delivery than normal mill deliveries
• Smaller heat lot melts that your regular mill cannot accommodate (250 lb minimum)
• Out of date or obsolete alloys
• Foreign alloys not available in the United States
